		<description><![CDATA[We&#8217;d like to begin planning some &#8220;outside of the annual conference&#8221; programs. 



One idea floated by WLA&#8217;s former IG Representative, Elizabeth Iaukea, was a TRIP Trip.  Basically, the idea is to coordinate with other TRIP members to attend and meet-up at another technology-related conference or workshop in the Northwest this year.
